a qualified Hospitalist MD in Redding, California, 96001! About The

Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Redding, CA Service Setting:
Inpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: Jul
24-29 Coverage Type: Call only Call Schedule: Ending Jul 30th am;
24-hr call Admissions: - 3-5 peds & 3-15 newborn/nursery patients.
Duties: - Provide resident teaching/precepting. - The attending
physician for any children admitted through the ER or by direct
admit. - The attending for newborns admitted to the well-baby
nursery after delivery. Required Procedures: Pediatric
resuscitation and intubation and lumbar punctures. EMR: Cerner Care
B Other Info: - Does not have ICU patients; A PICU & NICU is
covered by neonatologists. - Emergency codes are run by EM
physicians. - Neonatologists will attend all high-risk deliveries.
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements:
Active CA License BC/BE (If BE: 3 yrs post residency) DEA Clean
