Job Description:

The Business Administrator at The Adventure Challenge is responsible for overseeing and implementing all business and product compliance in the company. As a member of the Operations Department, this position will also serve as a resource for other international and legal initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement product compliance policies and regulations.
Oversee all international business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.
Design and manage internal processes that help achieve team compliance to all product and international regulations.
File and maintain all paperwork related to business entity compliance.
Work with legal to resolve key barriers between us and developing markets.
Identify and resolve issues related to business operations in all countries.
Coordinate with different department managers to review all product and business compliance policies.
Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
Lead department training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
Lead team legal and operational improvement initiatives.
Manage operations budgets for legal and product compliance.
Improve business programs, technologies, and policies.
Negotiate and approve agreements with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements
International business experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, including writing and interpersonal communication
Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good goal-setting, strategic planning, and motivation skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in the workplace
Knowledge of best finance and operations practices for their industry
Very high-level attention to detail
Ability to remain stationary and work in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
Daily responsibilities include repetitive motions, such as typing, that may involve wrists, hands, or fingers
Strong and proficient interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal ie: email, slack, video, or in-person.

Compensation
The Adventure Challenge will provide the following compensation:
Salary: $27,000 - $70,000
Health Care: TAC will be covering 100% of healthcare (medical, dental, vision) insurance premiums. 75% family coverage.
100% coverage of a $50k life insurance policy.
Vacation: Accrual rates differ by position.
Free gym membership to Lift Crossfit.
14 paid holidays.
Jury duty pay (up to 5 days).
Annual team trip.
