CA Full-Time or Part-Time Physician (MD/DO) | Immediate Start A
highly-regarded, private Rheumatology practice in Redding, CA, is
seeking a skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join our
successful team. We offer immediate practice stability, a

with a predictable daily volume: - $/approx$ 4 New Patients -
$/approx$ 14-16 Follow-Up Patients - Vibrant On-Site Infusion
Center: Provide seamless, high-quality management of complex
biologic and infusion therapies within the clinic. - 100%
Outpatient Focus: Enjoy unparalleled professional freedom with no
hospital call, no nights, and no weekend commitments. - Robust
Referral Base: Immediately benefit from a strong, established flow
of referrals from primary care providers throughout the Shasta
Cascade region. Compensation & Benefits: High Financial Security &
Growth We offer a compensation package that provides immediate
financial certainty with significant long-term earning potential. -
First-Year Income Guarantee: $400,000 Guaranteed Salary for the
first 12 months, ensuring financial stability and a smooth
transition. - Base Salary (Year 2): Highly competitive structure
starting at $425,000 (negotiable based on experience and FTE). -
Production Incentive: A generous Work RVU (wRVU) bonus structure is
active from Day 1, allowing for immediate earning potential beyond
the guaranteed base. - Partnership Track: A clear and formal path
to partnership/shareholder status is available for interested
full-time candidates after a successful initial period. - Sign-On
Bonus: $25,000 - $50,000 provided. - Relocation Assistance: Up to
