of Redding to see the expansion of God’s kingdom by training up
little revivalists to bring a big impact to the world. The Bethel
Kids Team Member will serve in Children’s Ministry at Bethel on a
weekly basis for regularly assigned shifts during services. For all
classrooms and age groups, duties include creating a safe, loving,
and empowering environment and meeting the children's basic needs
while teaching, connecting with, and imparting and ministering to
children. Additionally, the goal of our Breakthrough classroom is
to cultivate an atmosphere where children and teens with special
needs can encounter the tangible Presence of God and as a result,
experience unconditional love, identity, empowerment, and healing.
This in turn will also serve to support their families by providing
time and space for them to get spiritually refreshed and connected.
Bethel Kids team assignments may include: Early Years (Birth to
Kindergarten) Elementary (First through Fifth Grades) Breakthrough
(First through Twelfth Grades: Sensory Sensitive Inclusive
Classroom.) At Bethel Kids we are honored that a parent would trust

apply! Compensation: $16.90 per hour Hours: Approximately 10 hours
per week Requirements Believes and adheres to the beliefs and
vision of Bethel Church Prior experience working with children
Passionate about training and equipping children as revivalists
Able to pass a background check Must be available to work at least
two services a week This position does not qualify for sponsorship
of work visa/authorization so all candidates must be legally
