Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language
therapy services within a full-time, on-site K-12 school
environment in McKinleyville, CA. The role is a contract assignment
available immediately through the end of the school year (EOSY),
designed for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to support
students' communication development through individualized
interventions. Key Qualifications: Valid Speech Language
Pathologist license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
Experience in school settings, particularly K-12 caseload
management Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to
collaborate with educators and families Commitment to in-person
service delivery on-site Location: McKinleyville, California
Responsibilities: Manage a comprehensive K-12 speech-language
caseload Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and
communication disorders Develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs) in compliance with educational standards
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and
progress reports consistent with school policies Provide direct
therapy services on-site, ensuring student engagement and goal
