Job Description:
Public Health Nurse Location: Potawot Health Village, Arcata, Ca
Hours: 8a- 5p Description: Provides skilled public health nursing
services to clients and families through referrals. Visits homes to
determine client and family needs, develops plan to meet needs, and
provides needed public health nursing services Coordinates case
management services through referrals and follows up on referrals
to other UIHS divisions and appropriate community agencies for
assistance. Possibly supervise other RNs Waiting for
clarification.Certification -BLS card
