Job Description:
Agile Occupational Medicine is looking for a Physical Therapist
for our Redding, CA clinic. This position will see a variety of
orthopedic conditions including acute work-related injuries, pre,
and post-surgical injuries and conditions, and workplace wellness
and injury prevention. We provide a competitive salary depending on

Job Description
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing
direct clinical care to patients. Specialties: Orthopedics, sports
medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift. Day shift- flexible to meet
patient and clinic needs.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Must have or applied for current California PT License.
Outpatient experience is preferred but we are willing to train the
right candidate. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Duties
Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient
and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
Updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and
monitoring patient progress.
Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home
programs, and patient education.
Maintain open communication with the patient, supervising
therapist, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the
patient's plan of care and progress.
Complete timely and accurate documentation.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and
prioritize work.
Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and
procedures.
Social perceptiveness and service-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
