Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital's Rural Health Clinic, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a welcoming family practice dedicated to serving a small community in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, family-oriented practice with tenured staff and long -term patients. This position will have a large amount of autonomy, working with a dedicated patient panel while still having the ability to collaborate with other staff in the clinic. Conduct meaningful work and experience a healthy work-life balance in Fortuna, the sunniest area in Humboldt County.

• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus

• Compensation is between $139,443 to $177,590 per year
  
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
