TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Oncology for a locum tenens job in Eureka, California.Job Description & Requirements

--- Full time need, M-F, 8-5

--- Outpatient clinic but connected to the hospital and chemotherapy center which is the reason privileges are required.

--- Duties included: Chemo clearance and routine follow ups, manage care, scans, keeping up with tasks/inbox, communication with team etc

--- No Call

--- Patients per shift: 10-12

--- EMR: Epic

--- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
Requirements:

--- Active unrestricted CA License - (NEED LICENSE IN HAND IN ORDER TO SUBMIT TO JOB)

--- Active ACLS & BLS certifications

--- Board Certified

--- MUST BE ACTIVELY WORKING AS NP/PA IN ONCOLOGY

--- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.TheraEx Staffing Services - APP Job ID #A-HESJH
