Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Job Setting: 3 Physicians, 2 Physician Assistants, 4 Nurse Anesthetists, 3 Registered Nurses, multiple ancillary staff Types of Cases: 100% outpatient adult cases Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Must be Board Certified and have Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) #ih Facility Location The largest West Coast city on the Pacific north of San Francisco, Eureka is a beautiful city located on the picturesque Humboldt Bay.
