At QTS, we are committed to seeing that our nurses receive the best possible wages and associated employment benefits, along with the highest level of service by our experienced team!Operating Room / Surgical Travel RN--- Provide patients with perioperative care in recovery, procedure, and operating rooms.--- Ensure operating room is sterilized and prepared with all necessary supplies, instruments, and equipment.--- Monitor patient's vitals and report adverse reactions in a timely manner. --- Develop and implement patient care plans for surgical patients.--- Administer medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.--- If necessary, respond to medical emergency and alert appropriate team members.--- Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.--- Availability to work the facility's required schedule.--- Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.--- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.--- Also referred to as: operating room registered nurse, surgical nurse, scrub nurse, circulate nurse.
