Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience is required from any number of months. --- Travel experience is required from any number of months. --- Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a California license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living --- COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Guaranteed Hours 36 Weekend Requirement-4 weekend shifts in 4 week schedule Holidays- work into perm staff rotation Holiday RTO will be considered, however not guaranteed Floating- to tele 1 to 4 ratio, could also float between MedSurg floors - first to float Beds-17 beds Ratios-1 to 5 could be 1 to 4 if one of patients is getting chemo Common diagnosis / Types of patients- mostly oncology patients but may have some overflow MedSurg Traveler needs to be comfortable caring for Oncology patients, but will not have to administer Chemo. Nurses must be able to read and interpret, will have to take dysrhythmia exam Scrub Color-navy 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support)
