The Value of Working with Us Ideal candidate is a full-spectrum general Neurologist Interpretation of EEG and performance of electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCV) preferred but not required Focus on sleep medicine is not preferred but may be able to be accommodated Hospital has Telestroke for TPA cases Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package H1-B visa candidates supported O1/J1 visa candidates considered Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $325,125 and $355,125 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
