Pay range : $1,600 to $1,800/week. Local Pay range : $38-$40/hr.

facilities. Position Summary: The OR Tech / Surgical Technologist
works alongside surgeons, RNs, and the perioperative team to ensure
safe and efficient surgical procedures. This role involves
preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile technique,
handling instruments, and assisting throughout operative cases. The
ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in a
variety of surgical specialties. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare
the operating room by setting up sterile fields, instruments,
equipment, and supplies. - Scrub in for surgical procedures and
assist the surgeon with instruments, retractors, and sterile
technique. - Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment,
including laparoscopic towers, cautery devices, and power tools. -
Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures and pass instruments
efficiently and safely. - Maintain strict aseptic and sterile field
practices to prevent infections. - Handle surgical specimens
properly and communicate with pathology as needed. - Count
instruments, sponges, and sharps with the RN before, during, and
after procedures. - Assist with patient positioning, skin prep,
draping, and room turnover between cases. - Support a wide range of
surgeries such as general, ortho, neuro, GYN, plastics, ENT, and
more (based on facility). - Document supplies used and ensure
accurate case logs. Required Qualifications: - BLS, CST, NCCT
(required) - Minimum 1 -2 year recent experience (2 years preferred
for travel). - Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical
instruments, and safety protocols. - Experience with multiple
surgical specialties (facility-dependent). Application
