Job Description We are a private orthopedics and sports medicine
practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible
orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team. Our
multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive care, including
orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management,
chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in
developing their practices. Opportunities include ancillary income
from PT and DME, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call
options. The position offers a first-year salary of
$300,000–$400,000, with long-term growth potential, partnership
options after 1 year, and productivity-based income. Requirements
include California medical license and ability to work in a private
