qualified applicants Schedule: Every other weekend required;
caseload up to 25 patients; no call required Highlights: Acute care
hospital case management with diverse patient population
(pediatrics through geriatrics) Epic charting system; float to like
units based on departmental needs Interdisciplinary support
including social services collaboration 7 days of approved time
off; first-time travelers welcome with approval Free parking

easy driving distance of 7 state and national parks Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital case management experience
(must be current within the last year) Epic charting system
experience required Experience with HMOs, IPAs, and managed care
organizations Knowledge of advance directives, POLST, and
protective services processes Expertise in admission criteria,
discharge planning, appeals and denials, and prior authorizations
Understanding of DRG classifications, CMS guidelines, and HIPAA
regulations Active RN license and relevant certifications Minimum
of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within comparable
