A California facility is seeking a full-time Hematology/Oncology physician for an ongoing assignment starting February 1, 2026 . The role includes scheduled clinic hours plus call , but importantly, all call is phone-only with zero on-site call-backs . Schedule Start Date: February 1, 2026 Commitment: Ongoing Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month Clinic Hours: 9 00 & 1:00 4:30 (1-hour lunch) Call: 1 week every 3 weeks Weekdays: clinic hours night phone call Weekends: 24-hour phone call only No call backs required at any time Practice Details Setting: Inpatient Outpatient Support Staff: Yes Patients per shift: EMR: Epic Providers Requested: 1 Requirements Board Certified Hematology & Oncology Active CA Medical License (required) Credentialing: 90 days Clean files may start sooner if documents are provided quickly Additional Notes: Locum tenens positions are temporary assignments that help fill critical staffing gaps.
