What You’ll Bring: Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Experience: 10 years in acute healthcare care management, 8 years in leadership, knowledge of payer billing, regulatory requirements, and clinical assessments. Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
