Shasta Regional Medical Cente r, a 226-bed acute care facility and a proud member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join its hospital-owned multi-specialty group in Redding, California. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide ICU care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent work-life balance. Position Highlights Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group or 1099 independent contractor Scope: Inpatient ICU coverage (average 7 patients daily) Schedule: 12-hour day shift , 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off with weekend coverage Outpatient: None Call: No call responsibilities Visa Sponsorship: Available (open to visa candidates) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $550,000 - $600,000 (depending on experience and FMV) productivity bonus based on collections Health insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) plan at no cost to provider Retirement plan: 401(k) CME allowance Relocation reimbursement Sign-on bonus Malpractice insurance coverage About Shasta Regional Medical Center Shasta Regional Medical Center is a 226-bed acute care facility serving Northern California, offering comprehensive services including emergency medicine, surgery, cardiovascular care, and neurosciences.
