Title: Internal Medicine – Hematology and Oncology Position
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal
Medicine physician with specialization in Hematology and Oncology
to join our esteemed medical team. The successful candidate will
provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced disease management and

Responsibilities: Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of
hematology and oncology conditions, ensuring adherence to the
latest clinical guidelines. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and
supportive care. Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as
necessary to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with specialists,
nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive
patient care. Educate patients and their families regarding
diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis. Maintain accurate and
detailed medical documentation in compliance with regulatory
standards. Participate in tumor board meetings, continuing
education, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to the
development of departmental protocols and clinical pathways.
Qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic
Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, with subspecialty
certification or significant experience in Hematology and Oncology.
Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
Proven clinical expertise in managing hematologic and oncologic
disorders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work
effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to
