Job Description Certification Details - BLS - ACLS - California
State Nursing License Job Details - RN Telemetry/Medical-Surgical
position requiring ability to float between units and work
weekends. - Preference for candidates available for full schedule
through end of January and first week of February. - Day shift,
12-hour shifts. - Start date: January 17. - Position is Per Diem
for 26 weeks. Job Requirements - Minimum compliance requirements
must be met prior to starting. - Full compliance profile must be
completed within two weeks after start date. - Must score 80% or
higher on Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Prime Basic Rhythm
Interpretation Screening, Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime
Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam. - Must have valid
California nursing license (Nursys verification). - Must have
completed Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for
2 years). - Must have COVID-19 vaccine and booster or declination
completed. - Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, Varicella,
Hepatitis B (declinations not accepted), Influenza vaccine
(declinations not accepted), Tdap (declinations not accepted). -
Annual Respirator Fit Test required prior to start. - TB test
within one year of start date. - Driver's license, State ID, or
Passport required. - Physical/Health Statement annually, must state
clear to work. - National Criminal Background Check within one year
of start date. - Prime OIG, Prime SAM/EPLS checks required. - Prime
Agency Attestation completed after all credentials uploaded. -
Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required. -
Prime Resume and two references required (one from manager or
supervisor). Schedule Information - Day shift. - 12-hour shifts. -
Must be able to work weekends. - Preference for full schedule
availability through end of January and first week of February.
Unit Specific Information - Position requires ability to float
between telemetry and medical-surgical units. Additional Details -
Position is Per Diem for 26 weeks. - Compliance profile must be
completed within two weeks after start date. - Drug screening
within 60 days of start (minimum 10-panel test including THC saliva
test as per California law).
