Overview: Position: Registered Nurse Department: ICU and ED Pay:
$1050.00 to $1190.00 gross per shift Assignment Length: 4 Weeks

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in accordance with
established standards and protocols. - Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate individualized patient care plans. - Monitor and interpret
cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes
in patient condition. - Communicate effectively with physicians
regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and response to
treatment. - Educate patients and families on health management,
treatment plans, and discharge instructions. - Ensure quality and
continuity of care by adhering to facility policies, safety
guidelines, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Intensive
Care Unit (ICU) 1. Current and valid state RN License. 2. BLS upon
hire and maintain current. 3. Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation
required. 4. ACLS upon hire and maintain current. 5. Minimum of one
year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.
Emergency Services (ED) 1. Current and valid CA RN License 2.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute care hospital ER
required. 3. BCLS, ACLS upon hire and maintain current. 4. PALS
upon hire and maintain current. 5. EDAP and EDAP II required.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a
reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $75.00 to $85.00
per hour. This compensation estimate is specific to California and
has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact
starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time
of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of
factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset,
years of applicable experience, education, credentials and
