details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment -
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment
Details - Facility Type: Home Health - Rate: $80.00 to $85.00 per
hour FIRM - Assignment Length: Minimum of 13 weeks, with a possible
extension - Mileage reimbursement: IRS $0.70 per mile Location
