Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/03/2026 - Duration: 20 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel L&D RN (Family Birthing Center) / Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience required / Acute Care, Trauma Level II hospital / Must be competent with advanced fetal monitoring and caring for low- and high-risk deliveries; circulating in C-sections preferred but not required / Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN); active RN license required; COVID vaccination required / EMR: Cerner (Fetal surveillance: Fetal Link) / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (1845–0715); 36 hours/week; 20 weeks; every other weekend; first to float / California ratios (1:1–1:4 depending on acuity); floating to Postpartum, Pediatrics (couplets), or NICU feeders/growers if experienced / Unit details: 12 L&D beds, 19 PP beds, 2 ORs, 1 PACU; Level III NICU; OB Hospitalist in-house 24/7 Pay negotiable TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID 1051177.
