Job Description Cardiovascular / Thoracic Surgeon Redding, California Shasta Regional Medical Group , a member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a Cardiovascular / Thoracic Surgeon to join our hospital-owned multi-specialty group. This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and lead a thoracic surgery program while providing advanced cardiothoracic care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. What You'll Do Perform cardiothoracic and thoracic surgeries, including TAVR, da Vinci robotic procedures, CABG, AVR, MVR, and AAA repair. Provide both inpatient and outpatient care, with on-site clinic responsibilities. Work 3 weeks ON, 1 week OFF, with hospital availability during ON weeks. Call required only during ON weeks. What We're Looking For Board-eligible or board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Expertise in advanced cardiothoracic procedures and strong clinical judgment. Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within a multi-specialty team. Why You'll Love Working Here Base salary: $462,460 - $649,347 (dependent on employment setup). Productivity bonus.
