week - Minimal rotating call - Provide care for all ages newborn to
geriatric - Tight knit and family-oriented community - Practice
consists of 4 providers and expanding - Each provider has their own
panel and their own medical assistant - New graduates welcome to
apply, mentoring available - Partnership with St. Joes Eureka,
Level III Trauma center - The group includes both Physicians and
Advanced Practice Providers creating a collaborative, supportive,
and collegial work environment - Residency/fellowship stipend up to
$2,000 per month for qualifying candidates - Providence Medical
Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan
Forgiveness (PSLF) program - H1-B Visa candidates supported O1/J1
Visa candidates considered - Competitive compensation with a 2-year
salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per
year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time -
Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional
perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a
full career - Compensation is between $247,777 and $326,760 per
year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total
compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives
related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends,
extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as
applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other
benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary
range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to
variation due to the factors noted above. Working in Northern
