Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Rate: $80.00 to $85.00 per hour FIRM Assignment Length: Minimum of 13 weeks, with a possible extension Mileage reimbursement: IRS $0.70 per mile Location Highlights Redding, CA offers a variety of recreational opportunities and cultural attractions.
