Job Details Pay: $131,227-148,138/Yr Job Incentives: Production or quality incentive: Yes, there are incentives INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO - providers hitting their expected 9 patients per shift (18 per full day) $12,400 Annually - IF they see 10-12 patients per shift (20 - 22 per full day) $44,000 Annually.
