The group’s affiliation with Dignity Health, one of the nation’s largest health systems, connects it to the highest standard of health care available We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join our well established Urgent Care Clinic in Redding, CA . HEC Job Requirements A valid and unrestricted California medical license Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program Where You'll Work Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Procedures : Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
