Key Skills and Qualifications: Valid CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs) Furnishing License with Schedule II (for NPs) Active DEA registration before start date Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting Strong clinical skills in managing both pediatric and adult patients Ability to complete detailed charting within 72 hours Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual proficiency Additional training in procedures or specialty certifications Experience working in a high-volume outpatient setting Preferred Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Family Nurse Practitioner program Prior experience in family or primary care involving pediatrics and adults Previous credentialing experience preferred but not required Other Requirements: Schedule: 18 patients per day minimum, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Immunizations required for credentialing include: Flu Vaccine, TB status/X-ray, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, Tdap within the last 10 years Credentialing process duration: 30-90 days Immunizations must be current prior to the start date Commitment to providing a 30-day notice for termination of assignment Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable Hourly Rate: $1.00 Take this opportunity to advance your career in a supportive environment that fosters professional development and patient care excellence.
