Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Job Type: Contract Position Urgency: Quick Start Overview: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift contract assignment. This role is ideal for a confident ER nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality emergency care during overnight hours. Schedule: - Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM - Three 12-hour shifts per week - 36 hours per week guaranteed Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all acuity levels - Perform rapid assessments, triage, and interventions - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders - Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergent situations - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Requirements: - Active California RN license - Minimum of 3 years Emergency Room experience - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Proof of negative TB screening within the last 12 months prior to contract start - Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during night shifts Specialty: - Nursing Sub-Specialty: - Emergency Room Nurse EMR System: - CPSI / Evident Additional Information: - Holiday coverage may be required Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and hold the required certifications to be eligible for application./n About World Nurses World Nurses specializes in the staffing of non-skilled and skilled healthcare personnel.
