Job Description House Supervisor (RN) – Night Shift | California
Pay Rate: $2500/week ? Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Shift: Night
Shift We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor (RN) for a
night shift opportunity in California. This role requires strong
leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to support multiple
departments. Responsibilities: Oversee hospital operations during
night shifts Provide leadership and support to nursing staff Float
to ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units to cover meal breaks Ensure quality
patient care and compliance with hospital policies Requirements:
Active California RN License BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
required NRP preferred Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience
preferred
