Schedule: M-F 8a-5p • Patient Volume: 15–20 per day • (to
Coordinate with Hospitalists) • Support Staff: -1 Clinic RN,2
Medical Assistants,2 Front Office Clerks,1 Quality Analyst/Billing
Specialist,10 Infusion RNs • Case Mix: Oncology/Hematology, All
tumor types • Procedures & Duties: -Diagnose, stage, and manage
hematology and oncology conditions -Provide precision
medicine–based treatment planning -Manage symptoms and oversee
treatment for hematology/oncology patients -Provide physician
oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion
Services -Remain onsite in the Infusion Center during treatments
-Coordinate care with ER physicians -Chemotherapy administration
-Immunotherapy treatments -Blood and platelet transfusions -Hormone
therapy -Antibiotic therapy -Rheumatoid arthritis injections
-Therapeutic phlebotomies • EMR: iKnowMed & Cerner • Other Info:
Locum will be solo provider • Hospital Privileges required: Yes •
Temporary Privileges available: Yes • Travel, lodging, and
