Title: Temporary Health Information Coordinator (Medical Records)
Job Duties: The Health Information Coordinator (Medical Records)
provides support to staff and oversees the HIM Department by
assisting with monitoring and maintaining complete health records
of all persons served. Accuracy and thoroughness are important, as
they may create liability for the facility. Ensures professional
contact with all levels of staff and stakeholders, including
persons served and families. The Health Information Coordinator
(Medical Records) reports to the Administrator or designee and
works closely with the Director of Nursing, Program
Director/Clinical Director, and other department heads. The Health
Information Coordinator (Medical Records) receives consultation,
advice, training, and mentorship in technical record matters from
our corporate Health Information Department as required by
program-specific regulations. Schedule: Full-Time: Monday - Friday
(8:00AM-4:30AM) Estimated End Date: June 2026 Qualifications: High
school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of experience in medical
records and/or quality improvement preferred. Crestwood Offers

Skilled Nursing Facility is just minutes from the freeway,
conveniently located by many shops and restaurants. As
Neuro-behavioral campus we are less medically acute and as such
there are great opportunities for clients. For example, Crestwood
Wellness & Recovery Center has adopted the city park next to our
building. Our clients actively pursue their gardening skills and
creative beautification inspirations by maintaining and adding to
the garden beds created on Earth Day 2009. The efforts have created
a space for quiet and serenity as well. Weather permitting, staff
often take clients to the park for group therapy, meditation, and
yoga. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and
maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary
offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on
factors including but not limited to candidate's skills,
experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $25 - $29 USD
