Pay Rate: $57.00 - $61.00/Hourly. Summary: An Echo Technologist (Cardiac Sonographer) performs diagnostic ultrasound imaging of the heart (echocardiography) to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring cardiovascular conditions. They evaluate heart structure, function, and blood flow while ensuring accurate image acquisition and patient safety. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Capture high-quality images of cardiac structures and blood flow. Analyze preliminary findings and identify abnormalities. Prepare patients and explain procedures. Monitor patient condition during exams. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment. Document findings and prepare reports for cardiologists.
