REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Must have recent and substantial cardiovascular surgical assist experience, including Endovascular Vein Harvesting (EVH) with Maquet Hemopro 2 system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified
  
• Licenses: Active California license
  
• DEA: Active DEA registration
  
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  
• Experience: Recent and substantial cardiovascular surgical assist experience, including EVH
  
• Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice history; must be on active unrestricted staff at a TJC accredited facility; self-query NPDB report (dated within 30 days) required at presentation
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries
  
• Conduct morning rounds, write post-operative notes, shared with surgeons
  
• Staff follow-up clinic on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, seeing up to 6 patients
  
• Occasional urgent patient evaluation outside scheduled clinic times
  
• Participate in night call after onsite shift, with minimal callback
