Seeking IR coverage for an acute care hospital with ongoing weekday blocks available.

Highlights

Schedule: 8a 4:30p weekday coverage
Setting: Acute care hospital + outpatient imaging support
Volume: 50 studies/day 4 6 IR procedures/day
EMR: Cerner
Coverage Need: Ongoing July January

Job Responsibilities

Perform bread-and-butter IR procedures
Provide stroke CT imaging support
Read ED and ICU imaging studies
Perform CT/US-guided biopsies
Cover outpatient imaging support as needed
Collaborate with radiology nursing and tech staff

Qualifications

BC/BE Interventional Radiology
Active CA license
DEA + BLS required
CA Fluoroscopy certification required
Acute care imaging experience preferred

Working Hours Weekday Shifts

8:00am 4:30pm

Weekend Shifts

Some holiday/weekend coverage dates included

Paracentesis

Nephrostomy tubes
Abscess drainage
