Install, maintain, and repair cable systems and equipment for internet, phone, and television services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to signal strength and connectivity. Ensure compliance with company specifications and local regulations regarding cable installations. Conduct regular maintenance checks and system tests to ensure ongoing operational efficiency. Provide high-quality customer service during installations and repairs, addressing any customer concerns with professionalism. Document technical processes and customer interactions in accordance with company policy. Proficient in using tools and technology for cable installation and repair. Strong understanding of telecommunications systems including fiber optics and coaxial cable. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at working in physically demanding environments.
