Job Description:
Astound, a leader in telecommunications, is seeking an
experienced Broadband Tech Lead to oversee and enhance broadband
services. In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to providing
exceptional internet, phone, and cable services. Utilizing
innovative technology and solutions, the Broadband Tech Lead will
ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction while
advancing our mission of reliable connectivity. Manage and lead a
team of technical staff in the installation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of broadband systems. Plan and execute strategies
to improve network reliability, speed, and overall service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new
technologies and solutions into existing infrastructure. Monitor
network performance, anticipate operational issues and develop
preventive measures. Provide expert guidance and support during
complex technical issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards
and safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of network
configurations, issues, and resolutions. Strong knowledge of
broadband network architecture, protocols, and technologies.
Proficiency in managing and directing technical teams. Ability to
troubleshoot complex network issues. Excellent communication and
leadership skills. Familiarity with safety practices and industry
regulatory requirements. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
