Job Description:
Astound, a leader in telecommunications, is seeking an
experienced Internet Tech Lead to oversee our innovative IT
projects ensuring exceptional quality and performance of internet
services. As a pivotal part of our IT & Cybersecurity team, the
Internet Tech Lead will direct both project and technical aspects
of our internet solutions, from design through implementation,
focusing on both infrastructure and cybersecurity. This role is
crucial for maintaining our reputation for reliable connectivity
and cutting-edge technological advances. Lead technical teams in
the design, development, and implementation of internet systems.
Collaborate with other department leads to integrate advanced
technology solutions. Ensure all internet services comply with
industry cybersecurity standards. Maintain current knowledge of
technology trends and advancements in internet tech. Manage project
timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently. Oversee
system upgrades and troubleshoot advanced issues. Advocate for and
implement best practices in IT security and management. Strong
leadership and project management skills. Advanced knowledge of
internet infrastructure and wireless technologies. Proficient in
cybersecurity best practices and risk management. Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work
collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams. Medical

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
advantageous.
