Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
