IT Customer Success Manager - IT Industry - Onsite in Redding, CA 

Are you someone who others look to for advice and strategy when it comes to business and technology?  Are you able to listen to business problems and come up with creative ways that technology may be able to help solve those problems?  Are you someone whose skillsets could be considered "a major in business, with a minor in technology"?

If you answered yes to most these questions, then we have a position that you will love. In the IT Customer Success Manager role you will help our Redding, CA clients create their IT strategy (at a high level, we have IT engineers and architects to work with you and do the really technical parts), plan out their IT budgets, manage all of their technology vendors, and leverage technology to accelerate their objectives. On a day to day basis, this includes meeting with clients and planning budgets and IT strategy/roadmaps, assisting clients with selecting and managing vendors, and researching innovative solutions that address client needs. Some travel to clients throughout the state of California is required and the position will work primarily out of our Redding, CA office.

  • Strategic Planning for IT related functions 
  • Participate in management meetings
  • Assist clients in developing IT policies
  • Direct efforts of staff to facilitate client satisfaction for IT related tasks

Candidates should be:

  • Able to think strategically and tactically


  • MSP or Service Industry experience strongly preferred 
  • IT knowledge required  
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic sales experience 
  • Experience working in Healthcare Industry or working sales in Healthcare Environment
  • Impeccable written and spoken communication abilities 

Additional Details: 

  • Local candidates with the ability to commute to Redding will be considered 
  • 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasional need for afterhours work
  • Salary range of $50,000 - 80,000 depending on experience 
  • Permanent, Full-Time
