Job Title: CT TechnologistMedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Redding, California.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to operate CT equipment, produce high-quality images, and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
• Set controls on CT equipment, monitor patient and equipment, and make adjustments as needed
• Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast media as required
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images, and label them appropriately
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
• Charge procedures and supplies used to patient records
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media administrationRequirements:
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
  • Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified
  • Most states require licensure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environmentBenefits:
