• Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is a permanent position in the exciting field of construction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from conception to completion, with a particular emphasis on Heavy Civil projects. This role will offer you the opportunity to utilize your skills in construction management, project management, and commercial construction estimating to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities:As a Construction Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.2. Managing and coordinating with a team of professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a harmonious and productive working environment.3. Utilizing your expertise in Heavy Civil to ensure all projects are executed to the highest standard.4. Developing, managing, and updating project budgets and schedules using your skills in commercial construction estimating.5. Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks and issues.6. Ensuring all work is compliant with relevant safety standards and regulations.7. Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.8. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.9. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for project closure.Qualifications:To be considered for the role, the candidate should have:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.2. Proven experience in Heavy Civil, construction management, project management, and commercial construction estimating.3. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, safety protocols, and generally accepted construction practices.5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.6. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.7. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.9.
