Job Overview A Supplier Discovery Representative I will be responsible for contacting Suppliers and educating them on the products and services offered by AvidXchange as well as building the AvidXchange brand by offering E-Payment solutions that fit the needs of the Supplier. Job Responsibilities - Qualify and enroll suppliers in automation services through heavy outbound calling - Professionally represent AvidXchange and its offerings by building our brand while earning trust - Provide a great adoption experience for suppliers - Accurate and expedited data entry and clean up - Ability to exceed monthly performance and QA goals - Work Cross functionally with leaders and peers - Assist when needed on special projects and assignments Required --Education, Skills, and Qualification - 2+ years of customer service or sales experience - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned targets, other quotas or goals - Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong proficiency in the use of computer software programs including Microsoft Word and Outlook - Enjoy working in a fun environment while operating with a natural sense of urgency - High intelligence and even higher standards of ethics and integrity Preferred Education, Skills, and Qualification

• Strong relationship building and customer service skills
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Prior sales/service leadership experience
