Adecco, a Fortune 500 Company, is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Machinery Salesperson job in Redding, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities for the Machinery Salesperson job include:

- Utilize Goldmine Sales Database and Microsoft Office programs to develop and take action on sales leads.

- Sells industrial machinery, utilizing knowledge of manufacture, operation, and uses of machinery: Computes cost of installing machinery and anticipated savings in production costs.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in inside / outside sales with 3 or more years' experience in machinery sales.

- A strong mechanical or manufacturing background is preferred.

- Sales management and marketing experience is beneficial for future growth in the company.

- Must be computer literate; will use Goldmine Sales Database and Microsoft Office programs.

- Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay for this position is $40k - $55k base Annual Salary, dependent on experience, plus potential for substantial sales commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, & life insurances. This is a direct hire opportunity.
