Job Description:
Locum opened up for Pain Medicine in Eureka, CA Open to CA
license at this time Expedited credentialing so candidate can start
ASAP Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery
center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting. All
epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are
performed at the surgery center. Facility prefers candidates that
can give full time availability Active FLURO is required. Can apply
with temp fluro in hand, please ensure that documentation is
available Mon Tue Fri- and Looking for ASAP start and ongoing need
