Providence Medical Group is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join an existing and vibrant practice in beautiful Eureka, CA. Applicants should be board eligible, or board certified in plastic surgery. Opportunity to practice a full range of plastic surgery and a strong need for breast reduction surgery and reconstruction as well as body contouring and panniculectomy surgeries. The Value of Working with Us New graduates encouraged to apply Mix of OR, inpatient and clinic Plastic Surgeon will address waiting list for breast reduction and panniculectomy surgeries M-F schedule - 1 dedicated OR day and 4 clinic days Call is 1 week per month Practice consists of 2 surgeons Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package H1-B visa candidates supported and O1 visa candidates considered Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $515,125 and $565,125 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
