The Value of Working with Us Four – 10-hour shifts a week Minimal rotating call Provide care for all ages – newborn to geriatric Tight knit and family-oriented community Practice consists of 4 providers and expanding Each provider has their own panel and their own medical assistant New graduates welcome to apply, mentoring available Partnership with St. Joe’s Eureka, Level III Trauma center The group includes both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers creating a collaborative, supportive, and collegial work environment Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program H1-B visa candidates supported and O1 visa candidates considered Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceeds $400k The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
