Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 1 Year of recent Skilled Home Health Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) Oasis experience is required for all roles requiring start of care HCHB experience is required Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Shift: Days Schedule: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Traveler is expected to have their own transportation Occasional maximum radius of 50 miles for client visits Location Highlights Eureka, California offers a blend of coastal beauty and cultural experiences.
